This wasn't what I expected, Good or Bad?

The location was quite convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to our soccer tournament. The price was also reasonable.

Unfortunately, the hotel suffers from ongoing maintenance issues like broken appliances and inconsistent cleanliness, which really hinder the overall experience.

Toilet seat in each and every room aways loose. House keeping informed we Saturday that we were Checked Room NOT cleaned on time.

I loved how close I was to great food spots like In-N-Out Burger and cozy parks like Cresta Verde Park. Breakfast options were basic yet served the purpose to kickstart my mornings.

I liked the continental breakfast, and the lightning in the room.

My shower didn't work, had to wash up in sink. Pool was out of order. Creepy people with their doors open.

Loved free breakfast, well-maintained and recently refurbished room.

Location: the hotel was not far from many restaurants around to eat as well as the center of the complex. When it was hot outside we decided to visit The Black Horse Tavern, nice place to chill...

good stay but room needs improvements

The room had ample space , made it comfortable for our group. I appreciated the helpful staff available around the clock for any assistance we needed. Plenty of available parking, as we had multiple vehicles to manage.

The furniture appeared somewhat dated and could use an upgrade.

The photos in the advertisement were not like the actual motel. The motel needs to be upgraded. Shower and wash basin were old outdated and in need of caulding

The room was surprisingly clean and more appealing than expected. There were significant maintenance issues, including rusted drains and other wear-and-tear that compromised the experience. The pool was not well maintained, disappointing. Despite the good location near shopping and quick access to the highway, ongoing maintenance negligence is a concern.

This was supposed to be a 4 star Hotel according to Booked.net. It's not! The coffemaker were in the bathroom and it was more like a bad motel. The wi-fi disconnected all the time. When we booked it was a Best Western but when we arrived it was'nt anymore. The pictures on booking must be taken many years ago or staged it is not what it looked like.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Too much noise too early from the remodel. Poor parking. Missing light bulbs in the lamps. No clock. Sink leaked. Not enough room lighting. Two lamps, one the desk and one in the corner of the room.

I enjoyed a clean, spacious room and a quick check-in. The location near restaurants and shops really added to my experience. Although the wi-fi was inconsistent, it didn't overshadow the overall comfort and accessibility that I found good.

Recommend for taking strolls

Clean room, friendly staff, with a lovely outdoor pool perfect.
